Demolition in Woodbury--Water Damage
The first photo shows the damaged drywall has already been "flood cut" from the wall revealing the exterior cinder block. The steam baseboard heater ruptured and soaked the carpet also. The After Photo shows the bedroom area stripped of the damaged materials, including the carpet and tack strip. The plywood subfloor has been dried using our air movers and dehumidifiers, and an antimicrobial spray has been applied to the wall void and the raw sheathing.
